Independent Medical Exams

Signet has developed a panel of credentialed Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to perform independent medical examinations. All of Signet's HCPs have met our credentialing standards, which include board certification, verified licensed to practice (without limitations), up to date insurance and in good standing.

Signet is committed to the adherence of the strict regulatory requirements faced by insurers and stays abreast of any changes through our affiliation/membership with trade and insurance organizations.

From beginning to end, Signet is committed to providing the best in customer service, quality and management of the ime process. As part of that process, all appointments are confirmed prior to the date of the scheduled examination date, thus reducing no-shows. All of our activities related to the referral are documented and maintained in the file.

All reports undergo a quality assurance check to ensure that all questions that have been posed to the reviewing HCP are answered, all medical records sent have been reviewed and the narrative report is comprehensive and informative.

At Signet, we believe that our customer service and technology sets us apart from other companies of the like. Any inquires can be handled through our personalized customer service team and/or through our website, 24/7. On the web, our customers can log in to a secure HIPAA compliant website and can create a new referral request, check the status of assigned referrals and retrieve medical records and reports.
